Spring is in the Air: Plant Care for March

Hello fellow plant enthusiasts!

I can't believe it's March already! Like many of you, I am eagerly awaiting spring, and so are my leafy companions. With today's weather showing hints of warmer days ahead, I'm starting to plan the grand migration of my outdoor plants back to their rightful places in the sunshine.

Winter Plant Management

Every winter, my collection of over 20 citrus trees makes its way indoors. While the house smells absolutely divine with all that fresh greenery throughout the colder months, I won't deny it gets a bit crowded! The indoor plants that stay inside year-round sometimes feel a bit neglected during this seasonal juggling act.

Exciting Growth in the Rainy Season

One of the joys of this transition to spring is taking time to reassess and appreciate each plant anew. Just yesterday, my Thai Constellation unfurled a gorgeous new leaf, filling me with excitement for the rainy season and all the growth it promises. There's something magical about watching your plants flourish after their winter rest.

Don't forget that with increased growth comes increased thirst! This is the season I adjust watering schedules and many of my plants will go from one rain shower a week to two.
